Original, signed Marshall Islands passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Proof of Status. Copy of the front and back of valid Permanent Resident Card or other proof of legal status in Canada (such as study permit, work permit, refugee/protected person status document)

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.

Yellow Fever Vaccination. A copy of the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV) for yellow fever. To learn more about the yellow fever vaccination or to locate a vaccination clinic, please visit Health Canada's yellow fever resource centre.

Bank statement. Copy of the applicant's most recent monthly bank statement showing proof of sufficient funds ($765 per person or $1640 per family). The statement must clearly show the applicant's name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement.
